Hourglass Resources works with a variety of Small Office Home Office (SOHO) clients providing bookkeeping, income tax, file management and document management services.   

We bill only for the hours worked or tasks completed. You get all of the benefits of outsourcing - no employee tax and benefits issues, no overtime, no sick days - with the loyalty and steadiness of valued associate. 

We work in a long-term collaborative relationship with you, actively supporting you in reaching your business goals. We assess your needs and work closely with the you to find a system that works best for you. We work around your schedule and provide services when you need them.

Our Staff 

  Samantha Gove

   Owner

Samantha Gove has a computer systems and business administration diploma from Clarke College, a photography diploma from Algonquin College and an income tax preparation certificate from H&R Block. 

She has completed the SEA Program, a four week training session at St. Lawrence College for Entrepreneurs. This program was sponsored by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada. 

Ms. Gove has provided administrative services to a variety of businesses in South Dundas for 20 years. Her affiliations include Seaway Valley Tourism, Industry Canada, DIAMONDS Conservation Land Trust, The Leader, The Chieftain, Iroquois Marine Services, Arthur Thom Electric Ltd., Youth Services Canada, 750 Truck Stop and H&R Block.

  Lee Gove

   Computer Technician

Lee Gove has a Electronics Technician diploma from St. Lawrence College and is A+ Certified by CompTIA. He recently completed his MSCE Preparation course at Cornwall Career College.

Lee has 15 years experience in PC repair and maintenance. 

He provides computer training for clients. 

While employed at Domtar Papers in Cornwall, Ontario, he was part of the training team for OptiVision (an integrated inventory system). He was crew leader and managed the operation of a coating machine.
